Scoopit

Above are a bunch of resources for enhancing multiple literacies in teaching (through presentation or creation of visual aids) that I "curated". Like with Twitter, I could refer students to my Scoop.it profile and then get them to use one of the resources to create something. Scoop.it seems to better lend itself to curating than Twitter because it's easier to see a preview of the content posted and because you can follow different topics. I could use Scoop.it to get students talking in French- they could into groups based on interests and would have to share something they'd discovered with their group every week using French. I would have to scaffold this by giving them vocabulary to use.
